West Yorkshire Playhouse
One of Britain’s most exciting producing theatres offering a wide ranging programme of comedy, musical theatre and dance. Opened in 1990, the Playhouse produces a wide range of work, from classic British and European drama to new writing, as well as presenting some of the best in touring theatre productions. The Quarry Theatre (750 seats) and the Courtyard Theatre (350 seats) are always in demand, as are the bar, restaurant and function rooms.
