The New Roscoe is in every sense a traditional pub, with a good range of draught beers, home-cooked food and the obligatory plates, books and other nick-nacks adorning the walls.

There is a twist, however - The New Roscoe is one of Leeds' most popular live music venues, and with promoter John Keenan booking the bands there's always something to watch here, from up-and-coming talent to tribute bands and occasionally big name acts.

A mixture of blues, country, rock, indie, roots, etc. can be heard in any one week with Friday and Saturday night gigs free.
