Whether you just want to swim or to go to the gym, or you fancy trying something more adventurous like a martial arts session or a Supertone session, there's hours of fun to be had. Squash, badminton, basketball and football are all also popular. The centre was due to close in September 2005 for major refurbishments, but this work has been delayed and will now commence in January 2006. The centre will therefore operate with limited opening times until January. Plus baby changing units, and comprehensive facilities for the disabled.
