Knock on Wood offers a large range of musical instruments, recordings and tuition materials from around the world.

The shop is run by musicians for musicans, so whether you need a top quality Kambala djembe drum, a finely krafted Swedish xylophone, a sweet toned kalimba, a noseflute or a complete Brazilian samba kit these guys will have studied it, played it, taken it to pieces and put it back together again!

You can also find CDs from a wide variety of genres here, and at bargain prices. There isn’t a huge stock here but what does feature is good and the range of styles includes dub, blues, jazz and roots.
