Top Indian restaurant 'The Bird by Vineet', based in Alea Casino, is finally revealing its top cooking secrets, with an exclusive cooking demonstration at this year’s three day World Curry Festival.
Running from 23rd – 25th September, the World Curry Festival will be held in the Victoria Gardens, The Headrow in Leeds.
Head chef and runner up in the Indian Chef of the Year Awards 2008, Vivek Kashiwale and his team of experts will be on hand throughout the weekend, running speciality cooking demonstrations for all curry lovers, three times a day across the weekend.
Timings
Friday 23rd September: 11am – 7pm
Saturday 24th September: 11am – 7pm
Sunday 25th September: 11am – 5pm
Festival goers will also have the opportunity to participate in a fantastic competition, tailored for four lucky people to win a cooking class with the award winning Head Chef.
The Bird by Vineet is a well established restaurant, situated on the first floor of the well renowned Alea Casino, Leeds. Owned by Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia, and winner of ‘Best Indian Restaurant’ at the Oliver Awards 2011, as well 'Best Newcomer' in 2009, The Bird by Vineet has gone from strength to strength – offering a wide variety of main courses as well as the delicious street food starter platters.
