Coolpink commended with top 50 national ranking
19th Dec 2011
Award winning digital agency Coolpink is this week celebrating hitting number 43 in the national Recommended Agency Register (RAR), following an incredibly strong year that has seen it climb 25 places.
The independent RAR ranking is a guide for clients looking to engage with creative marketing agencies and further strengthens the Leeds organisation's stance as a growing strategic marketing force in the North.
Mark Bower, M.D at Coolpink said: “We have an excellent, passionate, team and the financial growth and increased ranking is proof that they are doing a great job for our clients. Some of this increased revenue has come from new account wins, but much is from existing clients for whom we are providing a wide range of high-value services and support.
"We've spent a lot of time this year focusing on the structure of the business; identifying a number of sector changes and taking on client feedback as part of our service driven R&D. It’s become a standard part of our approach to continuously review and adapt the Coolpink offering in line with market changes and ensure we better support clients’ business development needs.
"Digital is not an industry that stands still – this can be unnerving for many brands and businesses. We see ourselves as part of the team with a responsibility to ensure our clients are maximising their opportunities at all times – ensuring they stay ahead of, or close the gap on, the competition. I’m confident this approach will improve our ranking again in 2012.”
This focus on strong, service-based, relationships with clients has also led to Coolpink further expanding its team. The Agency now offers senior-level support across all marketing channels.
Coolpink’s organic growth amongst existing clients includes DFS, Bensons for Beds and Weber Barbecues, all of whom have enlisted additional Coolpink services over the last year. Some highlights include:
~ DFS’ e-commerce website ranked at No.1 on Sitemorse (independent quality testing and benchmarking tool for website design&build)
~ Bensons for Beds becoming number one on Google’s ranking for beds
~ Weber Barbecues’ interactions from its Facebook followers have increased from 419 to 164,621 - an increase of over 39,000% against last year
The agency has also added a number of new clients to its roster in 2011 including; Wren Kitchens & Bedrooms; PPG, the UKs leading auto-refinish Company; online cosmetics retailer Nouveau Beauty; global consultancy group WYG; online bookstore The Works; and The Chamber of Commerce.
Coolpink implements targeted, results-driven, activity across a number of digital channels. All activity is strategically driven by creative solutions based on sector, business and consumer insights.
