Chart-topper Joe McElderry will be swooning thousands of ladies in Leeds later this month as he headlines his first ever live gig in the city.
 
The X-Factor winner turned operatic star will be performing live at the White Rose Shopping Centre tomorrow (Tuesday 27th September) as it hosts its bi-annual ‘Ultimate Girl’s Night In’ in association with 96.3 Radio Aire.
 
After trading hours, the centre will re-open its doors and play host to an evening of live music, fashion and fitness. Shoppers who get their hands on one of the 3,500 tickets available will be able to enjoy a spot of shopping with exclusive on-the-night offers and discounts from participating retailers as well as join in with live Zumba sessions hosted by Ultimate Girl’s Night In sponsors Bodyline.
 
Tickets for the evening are free and are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. To register for one ticket, which admits two, people can simply log on to Radio Aire’s website or visit the customer services desk within the centre to secure their place.
 
On the night McElderry will be performing songs from his new ‘Classic’ album, after being crowned this year’s ‘Popstar to Operastar’ winner. He will be joined by up-and-coming rap stars Rizzle Kicks whose recent hit ‘Heart Skips A Beat’ with Olly Murs reached Number 1 in the UK singles chart, meaning that shoppers can expect to be treated to an eclectic mix of British talent.

Tickets are now available via Radio Aire’s website www.radioaire.co.uk and the White Rose customer service desk. Each ticket admits two people so everyone who secures a ticket can take a friend. Doors open at 8.30 pm on Tuesday 27th September with Rizzle Kicks kicking off the live music from 8.50 pm.
