With two floors, Oracle has broad appeal. The Ground Floor is Oracle’s café/bar persona, a casually modern and easy-going affair perfect for lunchtime and early evening eating and drinking. In contrast, Oracle First Floor is an opulent space for members and over 25’s, with a late licence seven nights a week, and also home to an extensive champagne list.
