Year end figures see Yorkshire digital agency triumph

4th Feb 2010
Leeds based digital agency Coolpink shows aggressive growth with its announcement this week of 2009 year-end figures showing turnover up by over 50%.

With pre-tax profits also up by 75%, the ambitious agency has delivered its third consecutive year of exciting, double-digit growth, despite the tough economic climate.

In addition, the last 12 months also saw the agency win more awards, move into prestigious new offices, appoint 9 new team members, win several major new contracts, and undertake a successful MBO.

With further expansion plans and the roll out of new services to support clients in capitalising on social media and interacting more effectively online, 2010 is set to be just as busy.

Managing Director Mark Bower said: “2009 was a whirlwind year, but a very successful one. Our results show that more and more businesses are becoming aware of the power of digital marketing and our continued growth is thanks to us both retaining long standing clients and engaging new ones as we consistently deliver strategies that provide strong return on investment”.

“We have firm plans in place to ensure 2010 is even more exciting than 2009 and are going to continue to develop our proposition for the retail marketplace in particular”.

He added: “There are some clients out there who still need convincing that their online presence can be the most profitable part of their business. One of my New Year's resolutions is to bring digital up to the level it deserves to be on brand’s marketing agendas, to prove to even more companies the power of the online arena”.

Through digital marketing, Coolpink implement targeted results-driven campaigns across a number of digital channels, driven by strategic thinking and smart evaluation. From online business strategy creation through to implementation, their approach is bespoke to each client, advising them on how to best capitalise on the digital world. The digital agency's high profile clients in Yorkshire and beyond include Screen Yorkshire, Opera North, Yorkshire Forward, Bensons for Beds and Weber, JD Cycles, The National Railway Museum and 888.com
