Commercial property exhibition Unfold, the showcase for Leeds City Region’s current and future locations for investment, relocation and development, will take place for its second consecutive year at Leeds Town Hall, on Thursday 18th October.

Delegates from within the region and nationwide, will attend the property exhibition which will platform the existing and forthcoming developments and opportunities available in the Leeds City Region.

Building upon the success of last year, which showcased 34 of the region’s most prestigious developments and was attended by over 1000 delegates, 2012 will see a comprehensive marketing campaign rolled out to attract over 3,000 delegates nationwide.  This year, to accommodate demand, exhibitor space has nearly doubled, additional branding opportunities have been created and there is the opportunity for one exhibitor to take an entire room.

Key speakers will include Tom Riordan, CEO Leeds City Council and Neil McLean, Chair, Leeds City Region LEP, and it is anticipated that a number of high calibre speakers will also be attracted.

Underwritten by the region’s leading ten commercial property agents, Unfold 2012 demonstrates the commitment to a resurgent property market and to Leeds as a prime region for investment. The ten partners include; CBRE, Colliers, Drivers Jonas Deloitte, DTZ, GVA, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank, Lambert Smith Hampton, Sanderson Weatherall and Savills.
