New centre manager takes the lead
12th Aug 2010
Leeds Corn Exchange is pleased to announce the appointment of their new Centre Manager, Louise Smith.
Louise’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Leeds Corn Exchange, coinciding with the announcement that a number of new independent retail brands are set to open in the coming weeks.
The mix of independent traders, unique retail concepts and quality brands is key to the success of the Leeds Corn Exchange, which is why our team is out there talking to and nurturing relationships with local independent retailers and entrepreneurs. We are already in advanced discussions with a number of other prospective tenants and believe that we are creating a really exciting shopping and dining environment that is truly unique to Leeds.
Louise has over eight years experience of marketing shopping centres throughout the UK, delivering portfolio marketing campaigns for centres in Inverness, Glasgow, Grimsby, Burton upon Trent and Poole. Louise previously worked within the public sector, with over five years' experience in the marketing and leisure industry, developing local, regional and national marketing campaigns for the tourism department of the local council, as well as successfully delivering a number of large-scale events in the area.
