Overview
The historic Leeds Corn Exchange is soon to become an exciting new destination for premium foods and associated products. Following an extensive £1.5 million repair programme to restore the unique building to its former glory, the centre is currently being marketed to potential tenants and restaurateurs.
It is envisaged that the 'Leeds Corn Exchange' will become host to a wide range of operators to present choice in regional, national and international cuisine. Food, drink, dining and related non-food goods, such as cookware, are all likely to be available in the new food emporium.
The repair works included restoration of the distinctive oval roof structure, careful redecoration of original ornate features, new oak wood flooring and the introduction of new state-of-the-art LED lighting, illuminating the building to incredible effect both inside and out.
