Overview

The Yorkshire County Cricket Club is arguably the most successful cricket club in the world, boasting an unrivalled 31 County Championship wins over the years, as well as five additional major trophies.

Some of the most famous cricketers of all time have played for the club, including Sir Len Hutton, Fred Trueman, Brian Close, Geoffrey Boycott and Michael Vaughan - not to mention club captain Darren Gough.

Based at the iconic Headingley Carnegie Stadium in Leeds, The Yorkshire County Cricket Club is looking forward to an exciting future both on and off the pitch, with the development of a new pavilion and teaching facility, which will be built in conjunction with Leeds Metropolitan University.
