Pudsey marketplace gets 'crafty'

Pudsey marketplace will this Sunday play host to the first of three Artsmix arts and crafts markets between 12 and 5pm.

A host of artists will be displaying their handmade crafts including jewellery, painting, prints, woodwork, ceramics and leatherwork. There will also be live music and a treasure hunt for children.

A trip to the market can be combined with a visit to Pudsey Park to hear the Stanley Newmarket Colliery Band play a free concert starting at 2.30pm.

There will also be a ‘Tea Dance’ market on Sunday September 7th and a Christmas market on Sunday 7th December.

The arts and crafts markets are run by Artsmix supported by Leeds Ahead and Leeds City Council’s Outer West Area Management.
