Comedy Club returns to Leeds

After the sell-out success of February's event, Courtyard Comedy Club makes its return to West Yorkshire Playhouse on Sunday, May 11.

It will be held in the Courtyard Theatre and compered by Silky, the mastermind behind Kill For A Seat Comedy Clubs across the UK.

Headlining the second Comedy Club night is comedian Tony Law. Half Canadian, half Trinidadian,

A spokesman said: "Tony's infectious comedy is delivered with a laid-back approach, combining scorching jokes and incisive remarks. The night will also include the best in local talent along with another extra special guest appearance."

As before, audience members will be able to take drinks into the theatre with them, creating an informal atmosphere similar to that of the very best comedy clubs.

Tickets for Courtyard Comedy Club can be reserved by calling the Box Office on 0113 213 7700 or by visiting www.wyp.org.uk
