Overview

This summer the Royal Armouries Museum Leeds, the national museum of arms and armour, will play host to an exciting free exhibition of weapons and armour created by Weta Workshop.

It will include over 200 pieces from a number of films they have been involved with, namely: The Lord of the Rings Trilogy; The Chronicles of Narnia; Hellboy; The Last Samurai; King Kong.

Curated by Richard Taylor of Weta and Bob Woosnam-Savage of the Royal Armouries this unique show contains many pieces that have never been seen on display anywhere before. www.armouries.org.uk
