Overview

Northern Ballet is dedicated to taking first-class ballet to a large and diverse audience. Based in Leeds, the company regularly performs at the Grand Theatre and the West Yorkshire Playhouse. The Northern Ballet Theatre offers much more than traditional ballet and has developed a unique style which is based on strong movement-based story-telling. Performances include novels such as Dracula, A Christmas Carol and Wuthering Heights, plays including A Midsummer Nights Dream and opera such as Madame Butterfly and La Traviata.
