Overview

Leeds Met Gallery & Studio Theatre was set up in 1991 to bring top quality contemporary visual arts and performance to the city.

It is a contemporary art space that hosts exhibitions of new work commissioned specifically for the gallery, and touring shows of national and international significance. The gallery presents between five and six exhibitions a year and admission is free.

The Studio Theatre is dedicated to contemporary, experimental performance.
