Overview

You would be forgiven for walking past the Living Room, at first not recognising it as a bar. The discreet exterior is a clue as to what goes on inside this classy city centre bar. As you walk in, opposite the entrance sits a shiny white Grand Piano, which gets played on certain nights when the bar houses jazz, soul and blues acts.

The bar’s air of splendour is known to attract Leeds’ rich and famous, who are catered for in the private-members bar which comes complete with pool table.

There is a varied food menu to be enjoyed day or night, and if you are enjoying yourself too much to go home, you can stay till 2pm downstairs in the resident late-bar ‘Mosquito’.
