As popular with the business crowd as those stopping in for a drink before a big night out, Plush is one of those places where it is all too easy to spend the entire night. It has all the essentials under one roof – well-stocked bar, a la carte restaurant, late licence, and last but not least, a cool, sophisticated atmosphere in which to enjoy all of the above.

Choose from a large range of drinks, from Martinis and champagne cocktails to Dom Perignon with a 1995 vintage. However, if the £240 price tag puts you off, you can buy a variety of wines by the glass, draft and bottled beers, and a comprehensive range of spirits and cigars. Bar food is available Monday to Friday 12.00pm-2.00pm and 5.30pm–7.30pm at reasonable prices.

You would also be well advised to take a trip down the staircase to visit the a la carte restaurant. Head Chef and New Zealander Gordon Mann gives the menu an international edge, from Oriental, French and Italian offerings to the more unusual choices such as zebra, kangaroo and ostrich steak. Seafood fans are also well served at Plush - the separate menu will leave your mouth watering, particularly with Carlingford Oysters on the starters menu, and a selection of fresh fish dishes for the main course.

For larger parties it is also possible to hire out the private dining room containing a long table that seats 18 people.

Set menu available, Monday to Friday 12.00pm-2.30pm and Monday to Saturday 6.00pm-7.30pm, with two courses for £11.95 or three for £14.95.
