Wander through tranquil surroundings in this stunning 58-acre garden and pick up the latest tips and techniques for your own borders… or simply relax with family and friends on a leisurely stroll.
Find inspiration in the innovative Main Borders – contemporary planting with a twist! See which plants the RHS experts have chosen to suit the challenging growing conditions.
Admire the dramatic Rose Revolution and Main Borders, with their unusual combinations of mixed perennials, grasses and roses, beautifully combined with sustainable practices.
Meander through 200 years of gardening history in the Gardens through Time, concluding with Diarmuid Gavin’s contemporary garden, as featured on BBC TWO.
Take practical ideas from the raised beds in the extensive Kitchen Garden, featuring inspirational approaches to recycling… saunter along the beautiful Streamside Garden and take glorious deep breaths in the enticing Scented Garden.
Year-round events include activities for all the family - outdoor theatre, guided walks, quiz trails, workshops and free demonstrations. Visit the extensive RHS Shop & Plant Centre, and linger over delicious goodies in Betty's Café Tea Rooms.
All in all, a truly surprising and entertaining day out.
