The largest mail order pharmacy in the UK, Pharmacy 2U, is based in East Leeds and supports the Seacroft community.
Established six years ago, the company has experienced rapid growth has
already moved four times since starting operations. But with a
dedicated workforce based in the Seacroft area, staff have been
reluctant to leave the area and the company has remained in Leeds.

2U approached Leeds City Council to aid with their most recent move to
new £1.7million premises in reach of their loyal workforce. They had
very specific criteria with regard to size and location of the building.
Leeds
City Council Business and Enterprise team conducted thorough property
searches of all premises fitting their size and geographical
requirements. The new property is 6800 sq ft compared to their previous
site, which was 2800 sq ft. The company moved into its new premises in
April 2005 and now has 30 employees.
The recent move has
afforded the company a better working environment and the ability to
embrace new working practices, whilst retaining their trained, skilled
workforce.

Pharmacy 2U has enjoyed
