New jobs come into Jobcentre Plus every day and advisers are always available to help you with your search for work. You can also search for Jobcentre-advertised work online, and the website contains links to relevant government programmes too.

The Leeds Library and Information Service have produced a comprehensive directory of over 300 of the recruitment agencies in Leeds to help you identify those agencies which may be able to help you find work.

In addition to their contact details, the entries for each agency show whether or not their websites carry job advertisements, and include details about the areas of recruitment they specialise in.

The agencies have also been asked whether or not they:

deal with candidates with limited work experience?
have opportunities for students while they are at college?
deal with graduates?
have many opportunities for candidates with foreign language skills?
are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation?
