St James Securities and Landmark Developments, advised by DTZ, have completed five more retail lettings, all of which are now open, at Bridgewater Place in Leeds.
Tesco Express has taken a 15- year lease on 4,444 sq ft of accommodation.
Starbucks has taken the unit adjacent to Tesco comprising 2,217 sq ft, also on a 15-year lease.
Nooshi, a local company specialising in noodles, sushi and salads, has leased a unit of 330 sq ft on a ten year agreement.
The company is now a client of DTZ and is looking to expand its number of units beyond those already open In Chapel Allerton, Headingley and Bridgewater Place.
Another local company, Panini Shack, has taken the external retail unit, totalling 918 sq ft on a ten year lease.
The most recent opening in Bridgewater is Füdi, a new concept giving the customer the chance build their own sandwiches or salad boxes from a wide range of fresh ingredients. They have agreed a ten year lease on a unit comprising 850 sq ft.
Mixed use development, Bridgewater Place rises 32 storeys high, dominating the skyline of Leeds, and provides 22,000 sq m of modern office accommodation, 200 high rise apartments and 1,650 sq m of atrium retail and leisure facilities.
The new retail operations have opened in the atrium, which forms part of the 110m Bridgewater Place structure.
Peter Medway, DTZ surveyor who advised on the retail lettings, said: "Bridgewater Place is a prime office, residential and retail development in Leeds.
"The fact that all of the retail units in the scheme are now let demonstrates the popularity of the development. Only the 5,000 sq ft restaurant/bar unit remains available.
"The varied and innovative nature of the retail offering at Bridgewater is a testament to the willingness of the developers to encourage promising local businesses as well as the more established names such as Tesco, Starbucks and (sandwich business) Philpotts."
