Trio join Fox Hayes as the team is strenghened
Leeds-based law firm Fox Hayes LLP has further strengthened both its Commercial and Premier Conveyancing departments with three appointments.
Stacey Churchward, Elizabeth Swann and Katie Lewis all started at Fox Hayes LLP as part of their solicitor training in 2004. Their work has meant the Leeds based firm, who ranked as the 12th largest law firm in the north this year in the Legal 500, were keen to retain the trio.
Stacey and Elizabeth will work within the Commercial Law department on the sale and purchase of unincorporated businesses, share sales and joint ventures.
Stacey recently acted on the successful completion of a local lingerie business while Elizabeth is involved in a shareholder restructure of a group of property development companies in West Yorkshire.
Katie Lewis joins the Premier Conveyancing department working with private clients and companies dealing in residential property, offering a bespoke service tailored to the individual requirement of each client.
Philip Drazen, Managing Partner at Fox Hayes LLP, said: "Fox Hayes is striving to set increasingly high standards within the marketplace. The appointments of Stacey, Elizabeth and Katie strengthen our Commercial and Premier Conveyancing departments and their proven track record while training with us enhances the expanding services offered by the firm."
